One of the crucial things to do when using PLR products in your business is rebranding graphics that come with the original product.

Although it seems to be the most obvious thing to do, it is neglected by too many marketers, and the reasons could be different.

▶️ Either they don’t know how to create or rebrand graphics
▶️ They might realize that outsourcing graphic creation can become quite pricey
▶️ Or they are just too lazy to do it.

However, the result is always the same: Terrifying!

No sales… No opt-ins… No nothing…

A few days ago I did some research on various PLR products that were released a while ago, one of them was EZ YouTube SEO.

I found this product for sale from several people and here’s what they all had in common:

▶️ the same name
▶️ the same graphics
▶️ the same sales letter

Only the price varied a lot.

While the original product with PLR rights still sells for less than $10, you could find prices between $10 and $27.

Well, wait… all these listings had another thing in common: ZERO SALES!

But their results could have been different if these marketers would have taken a few simple steps to make their product unique. It starts with rebranding graphics that came with the original product or creating new ones.

Rebranding Graphics the Easy Way

  1. Know your audience
You need to know the targeted audience for your rebranded product. Answering just a few simple questions will help you already to get an idea about who you are talking to.
  2. Define your main color
Taking the targeted audience and your niche into consideration, you can choose the main color for your rebranded product, that will be dominant on all your graphic creations.
  3. Find complementary colors
Once you have the main color defined, you can use an easy tool to find 2 to 3 more colors to complement it and that you can apply when rebranding graphics.
  4. Create a logo
Although a logo is optional, it is easy to create and will look great on banners or eCovers. More than that it is also a great branding element that you can use in so many other places.
  5. Create eCovers
A matching eCover is a must-have for any kind of digital product, whether you are planning to sell it, give it away as a lead magnet, or adding it as a bonus to your affiliate promotions.
  6. Create website graphics
Depending on your website design, an eCover could be already everything you need. Especially if we’re talking about an opt-in page or a sales page. In other cases, you might also need a header banner or different other graphics.
  7. Create Social Media images
Whenever you’re promoting your rebranded product on social media sites, you might use a set of social media images. You can create them easily in various sizes for different social media sites.

As you can see, rebranding graphics isn’t that difficult, and once you’ve done it a few times it will even get easier. You just might need a head start to know a few tips and tricks, and of course also to know some of the free tools available to use.

And remember: Even if the first graphics you create yourself aren’t that awe-inspiring, they will still be better than using what everyone else is using.
